Possible info: Long loading screen related to Vasa?

Playing on PS5, had a very long loading screen (>4 times normal time) in a map (steaming springs), force quit poe, restarted and could enter the instance (I had been playing for a while, before). The map had "Vasa, of the Death Akhara" in it, whom I never encountered before. (Else just a boar wisp, which I had seen previously I believe.)

(Not certain that it is the same issue as the rest; I had an extremely long loading screen only once before, in A6, where even restarting did not help, so maybe it was something different, or there are several things. In the prior case I had to wait half an hour, to make the instance disappear, then it worked again (ofc).)
