Stuck on game loading the trial of chaos screen

I'm stuck on the trial of chaos loading screen for a long time and can't play the game. Even after restarting the game several times, it always returns me to this loading screen. What should I do? (I’m play poe2 in PS5)

Same for me. Second time today. The first Time i Waited 15/20 min and was able to play again. Very frustrating.
