The Black Crow BUG on the map of another world killed the expert server game character

I am a 78th level Titan Hunting Dawn expert server player. Today, I encountered the Black Crow boss in the Outland map. During the transition from the second stage to the third stage, the boss got stuck due to a bug and became invincible because it was in the Outland map and could not return to the city or record point. I could only return to the corner color and log back in to the game. He was also invincible in the Black Crow boss room. I couldn't hit him, but he could hit me. I couldn't return to the city yet. In the end, the character and many valuable equipment were forced to enter standard mode. I hope the official can reply, compensate or restore my progress

To be honest, I'm in a bad mood right now and I feel like giving up on this game

Is there no way to solve it?

I experienced the same but on his base map, I think it has to do with hardstunning/too much damage at once that he gets locked out of a phase where he's supposed to get his bell.

But if he's a room boss and has no bell, then I think this would cause that invincibiliy as well. Sadly the only thing you can do is die or reset map to a new one.
