Dawn of the hunt

1. I am using "Raise Spectre", and for some unknown reason, it becomes a small orb that is sitting there until I come close or run far away.

2. Those raise spectre with their current cost are kinda useless. My regular skeletons outperform any spectre multiple times. Because they are slow, miss enemies or do who knows what. A spectre rat that is weaker than a basic skeleton costs more than a BRUTE. How does that make sense?
