Regression: Minimap is hidden

Unbelievably, it seems after the latest update we're back to having the bug where in maps if you Town portal back and enter back into the map, the places you've visited are now hidden and you have to uncover it all again.

Problem came back again after latest patch on PS5. It's ridiculous how little regression testing is done (if any at all). Can someone just write some unit tests pls...
