Map boss Skill points stuck at 6/10 Can't progress tree

I have completed 6/10 of the Atlas Boss Points by killing Bosses in 79+ areas, and after getting to 6/10, No boss drops the next set of skill points, I should be able to get 8/10 from bosses, and then 2 more from Arbiter right?

I have done many T16 Maps In areas with Bosses + Irradiated + Tainted/Cleansed, what am I missing, Is it bugged? Or is there some condition I'm not meeting? My areas are level 81 whilst Irradiated on a T16.

I have completed 6/10(+3 Map Boss Difficulty) of the Atlas Boss Points.

So my next 2 Atlas Boss Points would be from "Monster Level: 81" map.

I used T16 Map in areas with Map Boss + Irradiated + Curruption. It shows Monster Level:81. But upon map completed and boss killed, there is no drop of 2 Atlas Boss Points.

You need a lvl 16 waystone and also to find a node with ""+1 level difficulty + boss + irradiated"", to have a total of 18 difficulty lvl.
The tablet towers can help you, either by adding a boss or irradiated or both, depending on the needs.

I completed a map again.

This time with "Monster Level: 82" map (+1 level difficulty(when i open Overlay Map using TAB, it shows +2 TO MONSTER LEVEL OF AREA) + boss + irradiated) with +3 Map Boss Difficulty from Atlas Boss Points(i am at 6/10).

But there is still no drop of 2 Atlas Boss Points upon boss died. :*(
