Connected Map node not accesible

Seepage seems to be connected to my current position, but I can't actually play that map right now

the other path over the even higher looking mountain worked though

interesting...not sure if it was becuase I restarted the game or because I cleared the node southeast of Seepage, but all of the sudden the route over the mountain to Seepage is just gone (no more dotted line)
