Stuck in respawn, afk party

I went into Uzaal to help this dude with the Viper boss. (s)he was outside of the boss arena and I thought s(he) is probably just waiting for help right. so i jump in there and get one shot. only to realize this dude is AFK. So i was stuck there in "to be respawned by party member" right. But dude is AFK. so i leave the party. only to realize game still wont let me cuz this bro/gal is still alive in the instance. had to quit game.

Someone should change those mechanics to avoid people getting stuck in someone's AFK world.
