How does % increased elemental damage on weapons work?

It doesnt seem to increase the value of the attack for that much. For example i play avatar of fire só all my damage is elemental. If i add like 100% increased eleemntal damage to my mace it does very little. How does it work?

"increased" is additive.
And increased damage is calculated before conversion. |

" So it only boosts the elemental damage displayed on the weapon? As skills all function with conversion. |

Just check that u meet condition to convert 100% to fire. Otherwise u lose 25% of dmg like avatars says.
