Need ranger ice and lightning build see description

I need a good easy build for the subject line. I got to maps with some help with last boss. Maps are way more ridiculous then poe1. Love the game and want to keep playing.
I'm newer to these games and I'm not a big gamer so any help is great

I got easy 1button mapper, but it runs on amazon for crit reasons. So ranger means ranger or just bow user? Also, its cold, lightning AND FIRE.
