Unique strongbox has conflict with specters gem making it unopeanable

this hapened to me some days ago and today i saw another player complain on global (also specter user)
this happens on player entering the zone and cant be fixed by reloading the zone without the specter gems equiped its permanently broken , didnt try if another player can open it , but propably not since theres no strongbox window

it doesnt let the strongbox window load because you guys use the monster body as graphic on the altar , so the gem is trying to display the specter window but it doesnt and in process it blocks the strongbox window , funny thing if i use the bind specter ability it displays the monster name as it would common white quality item box . this leads me to belive theres conflict there with the specter mechanic . i have bind specter gem always equiped im not sure i did the first time i found the altar strongbox

found another box this one with diferent mob on it , this one works (the one that didnt was the ghoul comander im pretty sure idk what the other one for the dude in global chat was)
