Stuck on chimeral wetlands loading screen

Hi,

I’m in a infinite loading screen trying to load in to the chimeral wetlands. Playing on a base ps5.
I tried lowering settings and stuff, but unfortunately didn’t work.

My other characters that aren’t in the chimeral wetlands are loading in just fine.

Is there any fix to this problem?

Unfortunately we have to wait until GGG support will resolve this issue. It seems like it’s not PS5 faulty.
I tried lots of things to do, for example - reinstalling game, deleting and adding loot filters, changing game settings, changing internet connection type from cable to wi-fi and back, rebuilt PS5 database, cleared all type of cache - still this shit isn’t working. The fact that I cannot even create a new char on DoTH is pissing me off.
