Mutted for not knowing the button mapping on ps5

Ok, as devs didnt made aknowledgeble the button mapping for ps5, i dont know where to put posts to buy/sell items apart from global chat, that made be mutted for 2 minutes. Now this is a dev problem not mine for not making the button mapping available for ps5 and instead of fixing the server crashes they instead put an option to mute someone who is trying to buy something and dont know which button he has to click or whatever to exit global chat and enter whichever chat it is to these kind of posts....
