The Silent Cave not completing when boss dies (Bug Report ID: #2586537379)

I have killed the boss of The Silent Cave on a T11 map and opened 3/4 of the essence mobs before fighting the boss.

Once I defeated him (with zero deaths) he dropped his essences but not the points "stone" and the map doesnt show as complete.
