Temple of Chaos

I did the quest for my 7-8 Ascendany at the chaos temple. I couldnt take the points. I tried it three times but every time i clicked at the tempel at the end to receive my points nothing happend. I reloged and skilled my whole tree again but i never received my last points. Any tipps ? or is it a bug ?

You need to get 3 fragments in 10-chaos and kill Trialmaster for the last points. Or complete 4 floors of Sekhemas.
