(Poe 2) Lost Balbala's Barya

As title says, I lost the coin and now I cannot complete ''Ascent to power'' quest. As Zarka requires me to talk to her while I have the coin and since I don't I cannot progress the quest to even unlock a teleport to
''Trials of Sekhemas''. Which means I can't even enter and do any trials.

I have also tried to kill Balbala multiple times on Act 2 and Act 4 and she won't drop it.

Any solution/suggestion would be appreciated.

Exact same issue. Lost the quest staring coin. Can't start start trial despite my farming efforts for a new coin. Searching for a solution has been fruitless. Hopefully this issue gets looked at as I would like to experience the updated trials with this character.
