serious game bugs

I’m encountering two critical bugs affecting the Alternate World Maps:
Maps frequently load as full fog, requiring me to reload the game from the character selection screen to refresh. The fog returns after 1–2 runs.
After clearing a map, it still shows as "incomplete," forcing me to replay it twice (only the second run registers completion).
