[PS5] Urgent: Both Characters Crash at Ardura Caravan After Earning Passage - Unplayable!

**Issue**:
Both characters crash to the PS5 dashboard when loading into The Ardura Caravan in Act 2, immediately after completing the “Earning Passage” quest (defeating the raiders in Vastiri Outskirts). The first character (Ranger) started crashing after recovering an artifact, and the second character crashed after reaching the same point (completing Earning Passage). The game is now unplayable for both characters, as every login attempt crashes at the Caravan loading screen. Other characters were initially fine but are now affected at the same point.

**Steps to Reproduce**:
1. Complete “Earning Passage” by defeating the raiders (Rathbreaker) in Vastiri Outskirts.
2. Travel to The Ardura Caravan (Act 2 hub).
3. Game crashes during the loading screen or upon entering the Caravan.

**Tried Fixes**:
- Restarted PS5 multiple times.
- Ensured game is updated to the latest patch.
- Switched to 60 FPS mode in game settings.
- Checked for PS5 overheating (no issues, good ventilation).
- Waited 20-30 minutes and retried loading both characters (no success).
- Restored Licenses via Settings
- Cleared Cache in Safe Mode
- Did NOT factory reset PS5
