locked out of my character due to bug

My game froze and crashed while I was in the vaal factory map fighting a rare vaal enemy (the one that shoots electric orbs, bipedal, and chants before they cast their spell, unsure what mods they had and their name), I also had a LV 20 skill and spirit gem in my inventory that I got from the gambler box. After that I force quit out of the game through steam and now I'm getting the following message when trying to load into my character, "Fatal error in Metadata/Monsters/TerracaGuardiansSceptreAmbush_@42: Number of states is different on client and server! Delta: 32". I already tried verifying the file integrity via steam, is their ANY way for you to help me with this?

Try changing regions. I've seen people say that fixed similar issues.
