【BUG】I'm unable to enter the game with my character. Please help!

I was at the entrance of the Ascension 4 trial (Eternal Labyrinth). I opened a portal to enter the Izaro fight, but my game crashed/disconnected during the loading screen. Now when I try to log in, the game either freezes or kicks me back to the login screen.
