Skill has become unavailable

I was mapping after changing around some gear. I noticed I forgot to set up my weapon swap correctly after said changes, so I went to hideout. Fixed it and when I went to setup the weapon swap skill in my bar I noticed my lightning spear was gone. Now I can't assign either of them and some weird info shows on the skill panel:
