Windowed full screen interaction with left side start menu

when launching the game in windowed, full screen, it will not land on top of a left side task bar like it should. I end up having to leave then re-enter windowed-full screen after getting into the client. and no the image is not cropped on the right, its shoving the game screen off my monitor by the width of the toolbar.
