Omen of 'Full Life on low Health ' and 'Lose EXP' bug?

i have two omens, one for healing me full when i lose all my hp and the other one for not losing 75% exp.
Both of them was active in my inventory.
i almost died, and i got all my health back thanks to the life omen,
after 15 seconds i got freeze and died.

i lost 10% exp, the other omen for the exp loss wasn't activated even tho he was activated in my inventory.
