Character stuck at map loading screen

For about 30 minutes previously every time I tried to Portal the game would hang and I would need to restart.

This has changed so that I am now stuck at the map loading screen watching two cogs spin - I have tried rebooting, changing Gateways and ran the PackCheck tool - no change. At present I am unable to log in past the map loading screen.

Same. Just watching the cogs spin trying to load into Act 4 Clearfell Encampment. Restarted the game, PC, etc. It wasn't a problem at all even as of last night.

i had this happen over the weekend with maybe 20% of the maps i tried to open. stuck in the load in screen. on xbox, restarting the game would immediately take me back to the load screen but then i would actually load into the map.

it seems to be an issue with certain maps. if a map gets stuck at the load screen once, it gets stuck at the load screen every time you try to reenter a portal for that map (going to hideout to sell/stash and going back in). maps that have no issue at initial load in never have the issue.

The game is still hanging at the loading screen when I use a portal - just rotating cogs - have to quit the process and restart each time - more or less unplayable.
