Game stuck on caravan loading screen and won't allow me too play and i also have a item filter issue

Im on xbox series x t3mtat1on#2738 is the account and the name of the toon is dredj. The game won't load up on dredj stuck on this loading screen for the caravan and my item filter is stuck on a different account and I only have one but the big issue is I can't play on my worrier dredj because of the loading screen then it boots me too home screen plz have a look my email is sukafr339119@gmail.com.
