Unique Map bug

I am writing this because my Guildy feels writing this will not amount to anything, I feel it needs to be pointed out.
So, Guildy was running the Unique map, bugs running away, the book dropped as they rolled into the darkness to avoid an explosion. It put them in the second empty room un able to retrieve the Atlas Skill book. Loot needs to be transfered to that little room if you don't have access to the map.

Will this leave the guildy short on available atlas skill points?

same thing happen to me, on The Viridian Wildwood map, did it with t14 waystone. Still no fix.
