Game Crash Issue: entering Temple of Chaos/Dawn of the Hunt league

Hi, GGG.

Loving the game so far - having a really finicky technical issue.
I am trying to enter the Temple of Chaos zone with my character Ironchaddius (Lvl 38 Titan - Aussie server, Dawn of the Hunt league).
The game crashes the moment it's done loading and I don't get past the zone loading graphic screen.
I cannot 'reset' myself and every time I try to load into the character, the game auto-closes without a bug report.
Loaded in tonight and started a new huntress character and can load into the game normally.
Have also tried things like changing my Video settings from DirectX12 to Vulkan and back again to no avail.

Currently - the game is unplayable on this character. Would love a response so I can get back to playing.
