Tactician skill Supporting Fire bug

Hi team!

I am currently trying the Tactician ascendancy node "Unleash Hell!" which unlocks the "Supporting Fire" skill. I might have found a bug with this skill that is happening frequently during my playtime - note that the issue itself is with "Command: Death from Above" active skill.

- "Command: Death from Above" skill becomes disabled on my skill bar - I cannot use it after some uses
- The skill icon becomes greyed out
- The small circle marker that displays on the ground where I want to call the artillery remains there forever (unless I teleport to town and come back)
- This seems to happen in both indoors and outdoors maps.
- I am using 2 support gems on "Supporting Fire" skill: Bidding and Commandment
- This character is playing in SSF Dawn of the Hunt league

Work around: the only way to make it work back again is teleporting back to town and enter the portal again.

I have managed to reproduce this bug consistently in Path of Mourning map.

If you stand by the staircase and aim the mouse cursor to the interior of the building and then activate "Command: Death from Above" skill with the right mouse button the bug occurs.
