Wisp prevented Waystone loot

Hi,

I found Delwyn and the wisp later on an Endgame map. There were two rares left, the first one wasn't the one the wisp affected, the second one (and the last rare of the map) turned into the creature to be hunted. After I killed it, I got the loot from a hunt, but I was denied the Waystone for killing the last rare monster on the map. Not sure if working as intended, but certainly doesn't seem fair that you complete a map and don't get your Waystone (I got another one during the map due to the Waystone being used being rare, but that's not the point :P).

Same has happened to me about a dozen times now. If last Rare is Spirit Infused, no Waystone will drop. Made me respec out of all the Spirit Atlas passives as with all of them, it was happening enough that I am net negative on stones over time.
