Ascent to Power QUEST BUGGED

I have a problem with the quest ascent to power, during the normal campaign, I ignored this sub quest and now that I'm trying to complete it, there is simply no way or dialogue with Zarka to solve it, I tried to kill the boss to drop it again and still was not successful, I entered a ticket and they asked me to open this topic, I wanted my problem to be solved.
