error Trial of the Sekhemas map

Dear game publisher! I am a POE2 player, currently my new character is emdauroi Class Warrior - Smith of is having an error that does not show the Trial of the Sekhemas map so that I can go and complete the quest to get Accendancy points. I would like to ask the game publisher to support me in this case so that I can experience the game in the most complete way

Did you check your desert map? (Nexşeya Çolê)

I searched but couldn't find it due to lack of green barya djinn which prevented me from returning the quest to Zarka

This Green Barya Djinn can be found in "Traitor's Passage" from the boss "Balbala, the Traitor"

No worries. You must of deleted the quest item. This means your character will be bricked from Trial of the Sekhemas.

However, you can get ALL your points from Trial of the Chaos. You just won't be able to enter Trial of the Sekhemas. So if you plan on doing the Sekhemas farm I would recommend remaking your character. I have not found a solution to those who got their Barya and lost it yet. If you find out , let me know :)
