4th Ascendancy Passive Points Rolled Back after Disconnect

I finished Sekhema trials and killed Zarokh, clicked the ascension altar and received my points. After that I stashed my current inventory (The Desperate Alliance dropped from Zarokh, also had some rares currency etc.) , then I proceeded to loot the gold/silver/bronze chests. After finishing everything I clicked the portal to return to the sekhema waypoint, but the instance crashed.

When I logged back to the game, my inventory had all my drops from Zarokh (so I still have the Desperate Alliance, along with previous rares and minor currency in my inventory - not in my stash), but I had lost the final ascendancy points and the loots from the chests (some jewels and rares that I hadn't identified yet). When I went to the entrance of the trial, my progress was not saved and it required a brand new barya to start over.

So basically my entire hour trying to finish the ascendancy was lost. It was my second try with some good luck on the boons etc. so that's pretty frustrating. I think the rollback happened in the last instance which was the looting and the ascension phase. I don't care about the loot but is it possible to get my ascension points?

Also lost my points after claiming them (while assigning; also didn't get loot from my keys), when I got disconnected
