[0.2.0f] Increase rarity in maps for each mod.
I think this was how it worked in PoE1 (long time ago player here).
Right now i have 0 interest running 6 mods maps (except in towers and something like that). Now that you can scale the number of respawns based on map mods, this should encourage to build a 6mod maps with 0 respawn but felt rewarded to do it. Very good take!
Prefixes seem pretty worthless since waystone drops seem quaranteed even if you only have 1 prefix in T15 maps. Only thing for me is that I'd probably prefer they take their time with this and put it in 0.3. I think now that the waystone sustain is overall in a good place, the mods in a map should grant another reward that would make you juice them in first place.
