Error:Failed to join any instances !!

I opened 2 maps to collect fragments and before I could even log in, the game threw me to the login screen and showed the maps as failed. I wasted 1 day because of this error. I still can't log in to the game. Tier 15 maps are already very difficult to come by and I am failing maps that I haven't entered. This is starting to bore me.

I don't know how long it will take until you find and solve this problem. People are already quitting the game and moving on to other games. In this case, you are losing a lot of players. Even if it was early access, when the game is fully released, no one will want to come.
