Lightning Lance Skill Not Working After Level 92

I’m running a Lightning Lance build and everything was working fine until I hit level 92. I haven’t changed anything in my build, but the skill suddenly stopped working completely.

Here’s what’s happening:

I can no longer select or cast Lightning Lance.

The tooltip no longer displays the correct stats or damage—it just shows stats from a completely different spell.

I meet all the attribute and level requirements for the skill.

I tried replacing the gem with other versions (level 20, level 8, freshly bought), but none of them work.

I’ve tried placing it in different sockets and gear setups, still no luck.

Other skills still function normally—this only affects Lightning Lance.

This bug has made it really hard to progress, especially in boss fights since Lightning Lance is my main damage skill.
