Spirit skill bugs

Please fix where my spirit skills randomly turn off while on my ps5 and then I'm am unable to turn them back on even if I log out and back in or log out staying logged out for 15 min still nothing. the only way to turn them back on is to log into the game on my computer then toggle them off then back on. I then need to log into the game on my ps5 kicking me out off the game on my computer to get them to turn back on. I made a post about this early in last season or major patch. This doesn't seem to have specific skill it does it on because it has happened with every one I have used at some point. super annoying having to do this to get my skills to work but I am not able to recreate it at will so do not know the cause.
