Two accounts

Hello

I have an issue because it seems i have two accounts. I create first one to buy a game and after that link it with steam account. Problem is when i enter poe2 its spikone2 account but 300coins which i receive to early bought on poe2 are on jinwoo account. Is it possible to somehow transfer these coins to account spikone2?
