skills are not pressed and maps miss lot lot lot

Good afternoon. I've been playing the game since the start of the season. I've been consistently experiencing crashes and server rollbacks. I've lost a lot of maps that I had upgraded, and I've also lost a significant amount of time, resources, and experience. It's gotten to the point where I'm starting to feel paranoid - not knowing whether I should even start playing or if it's better not to play at all just to avoid losing what little I have left. And honestly, it feels like I have nothing considering what's been going on.
in addition to the old problems, a new one has been added: from time to time the skills are not pressed, the mouse works, things can be picked up from the floor, for example, but the buttons with skills do not respond

I bought three support sets and it was worth it?!?
