Kosis TP outside of arena in Simulacrum

Experienced on 4/24/25 @0845PST, while running T2 simulacrum, Kosis's TP put him outside of the active arena while his ice beam attack was still able to reach across the wall. He was still damagable but only for chip damage. After about a minute, he eventually used his TP skill to come back inside the arena.
