Disconnection Issue During “Breeze” Boss Run in POE2

Hello GGG Support Team,

I hope you’re well. I’m writing to report an issue I encountered on April 24, 2025, between 11:30 PM and 11:50 PM (Asia/Bangkok time):

Issue Description:
• I entered the “Breeze” boss fight to earn points and was disconnected mid-fight.
• Upon rejoining, my dungeon key had disappeared, and I could not re-enter.
• I accepted the loss and exchanged another key—but the same disconnection occurred again.

Impact:
• Each key cost me 44 EX, and I used two keys (total 88 EX), resulting in a significant resource loss.
• As a part-time player, acquiring these keys and necessary items takes me a long time, so this issue has been very costly.
