Vulture Boss / Trials of Chaos

Vulture boss went invisible after coming out of tornado. This boss single handedly made me want to write a hate thread. Please...PLEASE fix this boss. It does an absurd amount of damage. I have no idea why but it can be the first boss I encounter or the third and I feel like it will end my run every time no matter the modifiers. (yes of course some modifiers make it harder) but I can have the best choices possible and run into it for the first encounter and still get one shot. Just so you know my defenses, I am currently sitting at 54 percent armor, 68 percent block chance, 2.5k life, 84 percent fire res, 85 percent lightning and cold res, and 68 percent chaos res. The only piece of gear I do not have life on is my weapon. Two pieces are unique with the highest life already achieved on the gear.

I genuinely hate the trial experiences. You could say I should run trial of suck but my build is thorns...so you tell me how to attempt it when my build is designed to get it. Play something else? Okay then why is thorns in the game? Is it truly a meme? I already have the disadvantage of only being able to run chaos trial so at least make it work and fair.

I do not know how this boss hasn't been touched in all recent patches and updates and if it has and I am uninformed than touch it again and do something else to fix it. PLEASE.
