Slow Loading Times

After Dawn of the Hunt dropped, my loading times got super slow. The Mapping map loads slow. All maps load so slow, mobs can attack and kill me within the first 60-120sec or so because I don't see them. It takes a good 2 minutes at the beginning of every map for my whirlwinds and mobs to show up. If anyone finds a solution please post because I haven't found anything on the net that might be a fix to this issue. The game sometimes took a sec to load pre patch, but now it's way worse for sure. Somtimes maps load but a couple of squares of the ground, then they load a second or two later..

I keep all drivers and programs updated, always. I also tried verifying via steam, and reinstalling.

Intel i7 11700, 32gb ddr4, rtx 4070
Game installed on my gaming M2 Hd
All other games run just fine (d4, last epoch, Vr stuff)

I'm also having this issue since dawn dropped. Super long loading time, boss fights start and the boss hasent even loaded in, not seeing attacks. I've tried a ton of tweaks and still runs very poorly.
