Map modifiers appearing out of nowhere wtf man!

This mod is not on my atlas passives to be anyway added nor i have seen anything like that on the tablets also reading the map before clicking and ofc the map stone doesn't have that - it just appears random every 2-3 maps and is rly annoying.

Yes I run life regen related gear and yes I do check for debuff from maps like for example temporal chains + warrior(already slow and clunky) makes you channel skill from 3-5 business days(lmao yes) to annual report time like for real man.... But you just don't do those maps coz you can read right?(i have 57 int I'm quite clever for a warrior class).

But why do i get trolled by a random additional debuf every so often, like literally every 2 map it feels.......)????
