Thawing Charm bug

Now it happened 2nd time, after activating strongbox which freezes,Thawing Charm effect is triggered (charges are spent and status is visible in the upper left), but it does not work at all, besides the hero becomes completely immobilized without any visible visual effects (it lasts more then 5 sec for sure) of freeze and without status effect in the upper left (I also have stone charm, so I also cannot be stunned). I play HC league, so after I see that the hero does not react to anything without immobilizing status effects, after 5 seconds while mobs are spawning, I had to close the game and re-enter again (fortunately this completely fixes this bug, after relog the game is paused, and when you continue playing the hero can move and use abilities again).

This is how it looks after I relogin, game is paused, no freez charm charges, and I can move normally again.
