Doors cant load cant move further/ Delwyn quest issues

I cant go to The Manor Ramparts cause my doors cant load for some reason, i have found them and i can see them on map but not in game. My Delwin quest stopped cause i cant talk to him, right after i killed mini boss and was about to talk to him poison creep killed me and he just vanished. What can i do

it is related to poe 2 sorrry i didnt saw its poe 1 forum
