Iron Citadel

Just been kicked out of Iron Citadel for the second time now with no loot & no way back into map. So this is now the second time im running this map to try get my fragment to complete the Pinnacle of Flame quest. Both times ive ran this map with min 2 revives on the map itself, when im in the map it for some reason drops me out to start menu saying server connection issues, when i load back in, im in my hideout with no portal & the map is failed. Now it takes a really long time to get to these Citadels & for this to now happen for the second time for me is really frustrating to say the least. Especially since i could be spending my time running other areas where i have alot of towers boosting the maps. Im not sure why this is happening & to this map especially since ive had it drop me out of the game before, but when i load back in, im still in the map with portals to use. So this is issue has me wondering why its happening & also kinda putting me off from trying to expand my map for a 3rd time to get to the Citadel again & this happen. Kinda a big let down as i was tryn to complete my missions, any help on this would really be appreciated. Ps before anyone says i can buy the fragment i need for the door, yes i know this but im tryn to complete them myself & dont understand whats going on on with being kicked out of this specific map & then having it failed when the game was playing fine uptill then
