Map issue with right arrows movement on PC keyboard

On some maps when you use RIGHT keyboard button after you switch from corner map to full transparent map with TAB button and you try to check each corner your map movement to right side jumps and moves slowly.

Up, left and down momves smooth but right is broken.
Please review.
