maybe bug in ANCIENT VOWS - ACT2

the same misson had been finished in ACT5(hard mode ACT2), while blocked in act2.
cause i can not find another item in KETH or THE LOST CITY.
I try at least 5h in these map by respawn or reload new map, but nothing drop.
may be drop is a problem and even it is ok, ggg must improve P(f) of task items.
You should make it easier and should not block player.

It's so depressed! pls help me.
