Cannot interact with world

I had this problem several times in different maps.

When i want to loot something i cannot interact with the World(clicking waystones/loot/waypoints). Moving stuff in the inventory works. I can even drop items, but cannot pick them up again.
The Bug allways fixed itself with a new Waystone/Zone.

Now new character got stuck in Titangrove. I cannot loot the quest item or click anything (resetting zone on waystone) as i cannot click it.
I tryed resetting the zone by time. But Boss gets isntakilled, game crashes and i cannot loot again.

Restart/Repair does not help in both cases.
/hideout doesn't work (cannot be done in this area)
Switching Servers does not work aswell
Rightclicking works in the world.

Swichting from wasd to keyboard and back fixed it.

do you have a skill bound on left click? maybe a warcry? try unbinding any skills to left click and see if that fixes it.

yep thats what i tried, when noticing that right clicking stuff still worked.
switched to mouse movement and then it worked again.
Will try it without switchign if it happens again.
