Prism of belief not working

I just got a +3 skeletal sniper prism, and its not adding levels to the gem. I've tried taking the gem in and out, i've tried going to a different zone but nothing works. Has anyone had this and knows a fix?

Can confirm that this bug is still an issue! Here's hoping it is addressed in 0.2.0h!
